Job Summary:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a premium removals team. This is not a standard driving role, you will be representing a white glove service, handling high value items and providing an exceptional customer experience.

We’re looking for a driver who takes pride in their work, appearance, and communication, ensuring every customer receives a first class service.

Key Duties:

• Operate Class 2 vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all road and company regulations
• Load and unload goods carefully, securing and handling items with precision and care
• Deliver premium removal and relocation services with a focus on presentation and customer satisfaction
• Conduct pre and post trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers and customers regarding schedules and delivery details
• Uphold company standards for safety, vehicle care, and service quality

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (C+E) licence
• Valid Digi Tacho and CPC
• Proven experience as an HGV driver (removals or white glove service experience desirable)
• Excellent driving skills with a clean record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Smart, professional appearance and a polite, respectful manner
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading when required
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
