The Registration Process

To enable the registration process to be as swift as possible, we are able to offer our candidates an online registration form* that can be filled out and uploaded to your local branch using the links below.

*Please note that once your local branch has received your completed form, you will be invited in to complete the process with a face to face interview and provide us with your relevant documentation stated below. 

Your registration will take place at one of our offices and will include a casual face to face interview and a review of your registration paperwork. We want to get to know you and your skills, so we can place you in the best possible position we can.

Please bring the following documentation to your appointment:

  • Up to date CV (where possible)
  • Birth certificate, passport or ID card
  • Right to work document (where applicable). If you are working under a student visa, please also provide details of the college/university that you are attending
  • National insurance number (where possible)
  • Proof of address from the last 3 months.
  • P45 (where possible)
  • Original driving / forklift license (if relevant)
  • The details of your bank account. Must be a bank card, cheque book or statement.

Permanent Roles

We can also offer you support to find your ideal permanent role. We have clients and contacts in a variety of sectors including Commercial, Clerical and Legal. Please ensure your CV is up to date and contact your local branch for a chat about your next step!

As an employee of New Recruits, we want to give you as much security as possible. We accomplish this by treating you as we would a permanent member of staff. In turn we expect to be treated as an employer.

We find by defining our working relationship in this way our employees feel more secure and able to discuss any issues they may have with their placements, rather than just disappearing and not being allowed to work for us again.

We operate a 24-hour mobile contact for our workers to contact us in matters of emergency – be it sickness or issues with their placement, they will always be able to speak with a member of the New Recruits team.

FAQs

You can either fill out the online forms and the local branch will contact you to complete your registration or you can call your local branch and book an appointment to register.

You get get paid every Friday one week in arears. A completed and signed timesheet from the client is required for us to be able to pay you.

You can either fill out an online holiday request form or you can fill one of these out at your local branch. Two weeks notice is required for all holiday.

All sickness must reported to your local branch at least one hour before your shift starts. Each branch has a 24hr on-call number for out of office hours calls.

Pay queries need to be reported to your local branch as soon as you are aware and they will be rectified as soon as possible.

You can either download the online for and send it to your local branch or you can go and fill one out directly at your local branch.

New Recruits endeavor to get all candidates a full time role with the majority of our temporary assignments leading to  full time employment.
