Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Counterbalance and Reach Operator to join a fast moving, friendly warehouse team. If you take pride in precision, safety, and teamwork, this is your chance to make a real impact in a supportive environment that values your skills and contribution.

Key Details:

• Cricklade (near Swindon)
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Overtime available at time and a half on weekends
• Temp to perm
• £12.68 per hour / time and a half at weekends

What You’ll Do:

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach FLTs safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods.
• Maintain accurate stock control using the warehouse management system.
• Support goods in/out with accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly.
• Work closely with a supportive team to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance & Reach licence – essential.
• Proven warehouse experience and confidence in materials handling.
• Basic mechanical skills or the ability to carry out simple repairs (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
• Physically fit, with a commitment to safe working practices.
