Warehouse Operative

New Recruits are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives based in Bicester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering long-term work, excellent facilities, and the potential for a permanent position.

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

Duties Include:

Picking and packing customer orders
Replenishing stock within the warehouse
Loading and unloading deliveries
Preparing orders for dispatch
Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift and move products up to 25kg
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Able to work effectively as part of a team
