Position: Production Operative
Location: Bicester
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Rotating weekly between 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Role Overview:

Join our client’s team as a Production Operative, responsible for producing high-quality products according to the Production Plan. You’ll operate cooking and mixing equipment, handle ingredients up to 25kg, and use touch screens to monitor processes, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cooking and mixing equipment.
Follow recipes and complete paperwork.
Drive MHE vehicles and operate packing machinery.
Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25kg.
Production experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
