Position: Production Operative
Location: Bicester
Salary: £33,750 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

Join our client’s team as a Production Operative, where you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality products according to the Production Plan. You’ll operate cooking and mixing equipment, handle ingredients up to 25kg, and use touch screens to monitor processes. Adherence to safety, quality, and sanitation standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate large cooking and mixing equipment.
Follow recipes and complete paperwork.
Drive MHE vehicles and operate packing machinery.
Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25kg.
Experience in production is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
